So Yummy! This was a A+++ meal.

If you use the Cedar Planks, my advise is to maybe let the plank cook on the BBQ for awhile before adding the Salmon. As it starts to smoke, white smoke, add your fish and cook.. cook.. cook.

The scent of the wood is so awesome.. I think if I could've cooked the salmon on it more.. then the flavor would have incapacitated me even more than it did... but that's learning to cook with a plank.
